I'm new here, but most everything about this school is much better than my old school. There are lots of opportunities and I've taken advantage of many.

Dobyns-Bennett high school changed my life. I did not start here, but I'm glad I will be ending here. I came to DB halfway through my sophomore year, and it wasn't easy. But my counselors made sure I immediately felt connected to the school. They made it easy to get involved, and moving to DB was the best decision.

This school is adequately funded, which reflects in the quality of the teachers and facilities. There are many AP courses offered to aid in college readiness. However, more funding could be allocated towards performing and visual arts; a lot of the funding is concentrated in STEM and the school's band and football team.

Excellent experience. Very caring adults who pushed me to succeed. I have been successful beyond high school due to these experiences.

I think they are more academically advanced and that they have a lot of choices in the classes that they offer but I was also disappointed that they took Drivers Education out.
