Many AP classes offered and teachers are committed to the students. Small school so everyone knows each other. Many sports to pick from.

The best part of my experience was the teachers and other faculty who really went above and beyond in helping students in achieving their goals. Though one part of my experience that I was not as happy about would have been the knowledge of mental health service availability. It was not until my senior year that I even realized that there was an in-school counselor, partially due in fact to the service never being advertised to students. The only way that I heard of the service was through word of mouth.

This school was filled with pretentious kids who believe they are better than everyone else. Some of the staff is caring and helpful, however some of the others are the opposite. It is hard to find your crowd at times, and there is a lack of diversity. Overall not a great experience.

My brother had went to this school and he had a GREAT time! I could see, compared to his other school he had went to, he loved going to this school everyday, because the teachers would actually TEACH, the principle was nice and nice to everyone too, even me myself! The ONLY thing that drives decisions by the administration at Kinnelon is how they will fall in the NJ Monthly High School Ranking. The prinicipal and superintendent are puppets to the parents, many of whom treat the teachers like their personal servants or dirt under their fingernails. It is very c...
