There are some nice things about this school. They tend to be traditional in their values. It's a small school so there are a lot less of the problems facing large schools, like drugs, violence and promiscuity. My son's best teacher so far (now retired) taught there. I must not be drinking the Koolaid with this school. I have talked to many many who agree that this school is horrible. Multiple stories of people moving because their third grader can not read. Also it seems ( from what I have seen) if you are poor and a slower learner you will get left behind. Yes...

My son just completed 6th grade after spending 7 years in the school. I am an educator myself and have been truly amazed at the talents and dedication of ALL staff and administration, both PAST and present. I know several students that have gone on to middle school to become high achieving students....
