Overall, I've had a good experience at Lake Washington High School. Most of my teachers have been very dedicated and I've had a good time making friends and playing sports.

Lake Washington is a good school, it's a pretty big school with a lot of students. Some of the teachers are really good, and personally, I've had a lot of great teachers that are also great people. As for social life, the students are very cliquey, but it's easy to know people if you do sports or clubs. A lot of AP classes are offered here, which is great for college readiness and there are also a lot of community colleges nearby for running start students.

There are many clubs, but not the most amount of school spirit though. We have just won states for school soccer. I wish though there were more school activities

Two of my children are currently enrolled in LWHS, a freshman and a junior. Both play multiple sports. Both speak multiple languages. Both are avid musicians. I've honestly had a really bad in school experience and plan on transferring to a new school for my sophomore year because of my experience. Excellent school with great variety of clubs, lots of AP courses to choose from and tons of clubs and sports opportunities. Well run honor society and wonderful parent support through PTSA and volunteering.
