Teachers are involved in the community, parents are involved in the school. Great communication. Gives you the feel of a small private school within the public school system.

Sad they need to pick it up. If that is one of the best schools in this side of Knox County then the school system needs to pick things up and re-vamp.

I can not say enough good things about Shannondale. The teachers are amazing. There are plenty of extra challenges for those children who excel and extra help for those kids who are falling behind. The current principal has been there for 2 years now. He is very hands on and really cares about the k...

We have had a child in the school for three years and every year has been outstanding. The parental involvement is great. The school has a foundation that works hard to raise money for the school's children. It is also having major renovations being done now that will make it even better!
