The thing I like about this school was how school spirited this school is, half of the time many students go all out during spirit weeks and I really enjoy it and I I feel part of a community. Something I dislike is bathrooms, its sometimes not clean and there is always graffiti on the walls and smells like vape, even some of the toilet seat covers are knocked down and are a mess.

I had a lot of fun at this school and the diverse environment allows you to find some awesome people. However, I wish there was a lot more focus on one or two of academics, performing arts, or sports. Instead, we had equal focus on all three and they were all unimpressive. The school could also benefit from a larger focus on college readiness and connecting students to the right resources more actively, because some people need that extra push.

Overall, John F Kennedy High School is a good school but it can use some work. We have a wonderful IB program, preparing students for college but with this, we don't exactly have the best teachers.

I go to school here at the moment. Let me just tell you im overwhelmed. The adults actually dont care about mental health. They say they do but all they care about is money. The teachers are snobby , and always have something judgmental to say. They never actually listen to us. I dont like it here.
