Horizons Elementary School is a safe environment for children to learn and play. The staff are enthusiastic and all facilities are clean and orderly. They have a significant special needs program with well trained aids and understanding teachers.

My daughter has been assaulted here, as far as I know nothing has happened with that student, her teacher is lazy, won't reply to emails, won't help her students when they need help, refuses snack. Horizons Elementary School is such a welcoming and supportive school. The staff is exceptional with caring actions, expertise, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Very good except for the principal. I'm very surprised he still works there. The good ol boy system must still prevail. Tim doesn't appropriately address the schools security flaws and poor procedures. Therefore kids are put at risk.
