The staff here have weaponized DFCS to deal with any and all behavioral issues, preferring to report parents to DFCS over more traditional methods such as speaking to parents. NLE is an annoying super click and old girls club. If you aren't in the tight knit social circle of rear end kissing annoying ladies don't expect your kids to get a fair shake or an opportunity that would compare to those of the teachers children. I have a daughter in kindergarten and a son in third grade! North Lafayette is an awesome school and I would not have them any where else! All of their teachers have been great and would be a little hard to pick a favorite.
