My experience has been overall positive and the only issues I have ever encountered is on the food quality. There are very few alternatives for those with special diets and the overall quality has also dropped significantly since my freshmen year when things were cooked fairly fresh, now most food items are simply reheated.

I mean I guess El Capitan is a pretty good school, but because it's in a more rural area we deal with a lot of racism, sexism and homophobia. I personally don't know how they handle these issues when someone brings them up, but they don't really stop. The teachers prepare you pretty well but because of our district and the office at our school, we aren't told a lot. So I'm a junior and wasn't told any info about signing up for PSAT's, let alone the SAT's.

The best part of El Capitan high school is their agricultural program/FFA. The worst part of el cap is the phone home in some of the classes.
