St. Edward High School, known locally as St. Ed’s, is a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. This private Catholic school founded in 1949 serves more than 970 students in grades nine through 12. St. Ed’s cultivates a tradition of faith and strives to nurture young men into critical thinkers and leaders. College-prep curriculum is provided for all students, and extensive accelerated options and support resources help ensure each student can maximize his learning potential. St. Ed’s offers International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement programs, as well as dual enrollment via the College Credit Plus Program. At the end of the school day, halls buzz with energy as young men head to team practice or club meetings. More than 15 sports in the St. Ed’s athletics program are a formative part of these young men’s education. Wrestlers at St. Ed’s have dominated the Ohio state championships for over 40 years and won several national championships in that time. St. Ed’s football team is also known as championship winners in the area. Students here can stay active in over 50 clubs, including Model UN, Pre-Med Society, Robotics and Men of Hope, as well as Latin, French, entrepreneurship and environmental clubs.

absolutely amazing. teachers that cared about their job and loved what they did, classmates that were competitive and had a positive outlook at school, lots and lots of extrracurricular opportunities, great facilities

I really love the school and had a great experience there. I had the opportunity to play basketball throughout my years there. I had fun with all my friends I had there. I enjoyed my classes and teachers and for the most part of my years and my grades were great to excellent. I cannot complain too much about my high school years.
