Buford high school is a wonderful place to be a part of. I really don't have any negative comments or animosity towards them. The teachers educate well, the staff does a great job at caring for everyone, and I enjoyed my time throughly. I do wish we have better facilities and more care towards the arts and cheer. Both of those programs are very overlooked, but other than that, Buford High School is the place to be.

The best part of BHS is that they get me ready for college and help me prepare for the real world. The worst part would be that the younger students are annoying and don't know when to be quiet.

Unlike at a lot of other public schools, students at Buford aren't out of control and aggressive. No one is overly mean and the teachers don't just sit there when something happens. I think some of the dress code rules are stupid, but other than that it's a good school.

If I could give a zero I would. The principals do not listen to the students concerns. My child tells me everyday staff looks down on all the kids. I find the teachers I have talked to very rude. Bullying is god awful here. My future children won’t be going here. Also clean the school and repaint it. It’s not hard, at least paint the bathrooms there our words all over the place.

I am a 1976 Graduate of Buford High School. I still live in the area and would recommend this school to new folks in our neighborhood.. I can't say as to rather or not they teach great writing and reading skills. However I do know this is the first school in Lancaster to have an Engineering program...

I had the great opportunity to go to Buford Elementary, Buford Middle, and Buford High and I wouldn't change a thing about it. The teachers really care about their students, very supportive teachers!! Great place to go!!
