When I went to Excel Academy it wasn't very diverse and the academics were ok but not as great as a more diverse school. The resources were low and lacking. However, they may have had improvements since when I went because I am now in college. But these are the things I remember and so that is how I am ranking them.

I very happy with the discipline they are very organized, the teacher are working around the children need, is smaller and need more help but is good.

I think Ms. Hite is a wonderful teacher, they are very informative however the new location is a hike. Maybe they should consider changing the time. to 8:00 and 8:15 for late time. They need more activities for the smaller children.

The vision for this school is excellent, however, due to a lack of funding, the students suffered. This school offers music, yet there is no consistant music teacher. There were subs in and out of the class all year. The fourth grade English teacher was awesome, very capable and went above and beyon...
