GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Great people and atmosphere. Lots of non-academic learning opportunities through shop, FFA, sports and other classes. Really enjoyed my time there

The teachers at my school are all very helpful and always answer questions. If you need help you can always go in early to talk to them. They genuinely care about us.

Alot of the teachers at Lanesboro Public Schools have their favorites, and if you aren't one of their favorites then don't try and ask for help or even say hi for that matter. They will just give you the cold shoulder. The administration is not that great. If you go to them with a problem about a teacher they will just ignore it rather then doing anything about it. Some of the teachers are great though and will go out of their way to make sure you understand what is being taught.
