It could be that my experience with this school was hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic, but even for the two years I attended Lanier Middle, I disliked it. Most of the teachers were rather bland and we were unable to decide our schedules, being randomly placed in classes against our will. The overall community was also rather weak, drama and constant fighting occurring. I found this middle school to be okay at best, but if I could go back and choose a different school to go to, I'd look elsewhere.

There are many areas for students to learn and grow in different things such as sports, music, robotics, art, theater, and academics. They added volleyball and soccer this year for those interested and the celebrate student achievement. Every year there is an awards ceremony where you get many oppor...

This school and the Gwinnet county school board are terrible. They had the parents commit to a Summer School Program for Kids and the time was supposed to be from 8:00pm to 2:00pm. Then they went ahead and changed and never asked anyone if it was okay. This morning I went to drop my son off a little...

This school is worse than Sugar Hill Elementary! The kids act all inappropriate, the assignments are a pain, some teachers aren’t making the lessons fun, and the lessons are useless. When will I ever use anything from social studies, math, or science? The kids are also very immature. All they do is...

It's an Ok education, and I really do like some teachers, however, the lack of a good school environment and some teachers who are, not very compassionate, make the experience not good for a school.
