Mediocre at best, especially given the extraordinarily high taxes we pay. We pay the equivalent of a private school education but in reality get large class sizes, kids with needs who are neglected, and too much concern for State test results, resulting in rote teaching with a lack of any innovation.

This is the best school in Larchmont. It's recently seen a ratings dip here from 10 to 7 due to one outlier metric, diversity. This school poorly manages discipline issues with bullying, lacks adequate supervision on the playground, and does not offer help to students with special needs, along with the other schools in the district, forcing parents to send their children to expensive private schools or hire tutors, therapis...
