Larned High school is located in a very rural part of Kansas. It doesn't have anything spectacular to offer; however, it is what you make of it. I had teachers that were invested in their students and wanted to see them succeed. The curriculum could have been improved if there was funding for AP classes. Most classes taught beyond the standardized test, but lacked funding to be accredited as AP. Facilities were not the best, but there were improvements being made.

I LOVED this school. Everyone has so much support for this school! Teachers are amazing and show that they want to teach you. Everyone loves to get involved in extra curricular activities. Overall it is the best high school around!!

For me at least when I moved here and started attending it was scary at first, but then as I went along everybody worked to make me feel welcome and part of the team.
