Silverado High School is just like any other high school. It has its ups and downs. The best parts include the great teachers, the administration, the sports programs, clubs, and the environment. The school lacks school spirit and culture. I would like to see the school spirit change and for there to be a culture around Silverado.

My overall experience with my high school has been good, though easily could've been better. They taught me and prepared me for college, giving me a lot of options to take dual enrollment classes. They had a abundance of clubs that were well run and promoted participation in class., Though they had almost no parent involvement in the school. I would rate the school, a solid, 4.5 out of five stars, as they are excellent in most ways.

My experience at Silverado was overall very good and I never faced any issues with the school itself. Being a public school does come with some downsides since students tend to act out from time to time. But the teachers and faculty are nice and treat the students and the school with respect. The classes they offer outside of core classes are challenging and interesting. The activities also are well run and interactive with the students. For four years I participated in JROTC and Marching Band so it not only gave me opportunities to make friends but also built my experience and skills for resumes and college admissions.

I don’t recommend your child going here my child was severely bullied and humiliated by staffThe school has a major drug and security problem and kids sneak off campus without a problem the office is rude and the admins are extremely unprofessional some teachers don’t teach most of the kids here hav...

I had an amazing time at this school. Sure it isn’t a private school with top of the line education but I graduated with a 4.1 gpa. I had amazing friends and memory’s. The teachers weren’t amazing but they were decent enough. I didn’t see much at all, or any bullying to any of the special needs kids...

I'm amazed!! On how a freshman!! Just starting out in Highschool!! And then coming back! To start another year of School!! Can't!! Go for Sports because of not getting good grades! Had a rough start! Takes time for some students to adjust!! Give these kids a chance!! Don't condem them!! So they are...

Forensic science classes as well as Sports and Entertainment Marketing were great classes for my son. He learned a lot at this school and is attending college now.
