Bullying is not much a problem at Lowman elementary school personal safety is the only thing I'd question because of the area and past events.Special security measures should be in forces during school hours.Health programs and resource should be offered at school for the children well being , during the time I attended this school I felt saft, but I believe it was because I grow up in this area that I saw violence as something normal not out of the ordinary, but because its something you are not unfamiliar with , it does make it ok.

The teachers at this school go above and beyond when teaching there students, they find fun ways to keep every student intrigued.
