High student-teacher ratio.Inclusiveness is misconstrued as restrictiveness.No action on bullying. Wood mulch playground is unsupervised at times, which leads to recurrent splinters. Lack of productive communication.

There are no busses at Deerfield and children are released every Wednesday at 1:30, which makes it extremely difficult for working parents.
