Amy Hyatt (principal at NDMS) has targeted both of my children for the past 5 years...she has gone above and beyond to try to keep my children out of "her" schools (welcome elementary and north Davidson middle school). My wife and I have had to struggle to keep the kids in the welcome school district and as of about 6 weeks ago my wife, my son, Lucas and my youngest son Noah(2yrs) are having to live with my wife's cousin...and my daughter has to live with my mom full time...in doing this she has split our family up many many times...EVERYONE else there seem to be great people so I'm not targeting anyone but Amy Hyatt

I'm A student at ndms and I don't like it. The community is mean to others. Racism is huge here and all the kids are mean to POC and it doesn't sit right with me how when people say slurs and they don't get punished. Also with bullying, i was bullied myself and the principal didn't care. This school...

This school is horrible. They are not equipped to teach my children and the environment is not conducive for them to learn and progress to their highest potential.

Most of the teachers and staff are horrible. They bully kids they do not like. My daughter went here and she just graduated from the high school, big difference in staff between the two schools. My son is currently enrolled and has experienced bullying not only from the kids, but the staff as well....
