I am currently begining my third year working at Confidence as a teacher. Confidence is an incredible school with highly dedicated professional and service staff. Principal Kristi Barker sets a tone of cooperation and support from the top; Which has facillitated the growth of a strong sense of community throughout the school. I feel more supported and part of a team at Confidence than I ever have at any other employer. Parents/guardians and community members are also highly involved at Confidence. I am certain that Confidence will continue to grow and improve into one of the top schools in the state with our current staff and community.

Kids are bullied and nothing is done about it. If your child has an IEP, the resource teacher is not nice to them. Yells at the kids, restrains them when it's not necessary and belittles them. PreK and Kindergarten programs are awesome but past that I would not send my child. I would not recommend t...
