Administration did not support teachers. Teachers are mean and there is a high turnover rate. They can't keep help. It is a poor performing school as well. I would think they'd get rid of the teachers who have been there awhile and are holding the school back. I am hopeful the school district looks at the problems internally and intervenes before more children's lives and new teacher's lives are affected.

My experience started out good, but it has declined. If you look at the reviews on LOM's performance it speaks for itself. Significant changes need to happen to turn LOM around.

Love the work this school is leading with Performance Based Learning. Amazing teachers leading the way. As a parent, I would make no other choice for my children. Amazing staff!
