Lincoln Park in terms of its academics was great with the IB program, which I was involved in. I found that moving into college it was easier to adapt to the work load, however I would say in terms of that curriculum it was after covid, so a lot of people struggled to pass the overall IB exam. The chemistry department could be better, along with making sure the students are fully prepared for their exams.

Overall the school experience was wonderful. As a student of the rigorous IB program, I learned a lot about being a responsible student handling the hard assignments and also learned how to balance life with the fun student activities the school offered. A lot of school spirit and inclusion

My experience at Lincoln Park High School, has had its up and downs but for the most part Lincoln park is a good school. When it comes to resources they could do better, especially when it comes to gaining credits for gpa. A lot of kids struggle with gaining enough credits in order to graduate.

Don’t go to lp if you care about your education. There are some AMAZING teachers but only 1/6 of your teachers will be good. A lot of my time at school was not spent learning or doing anything. There is a lack of structure and nothing is enforced, which was technically a benefit, but also had bad ef...

Do NOT EVER send your child here. This school has far too many ignorant students and staff for your child to have a positive experience at high school. There are some good teachers, but the amount of hate and ignorance I truly feel from some of the teachers and a LOT of the students is depressingly...

The school has a fantastic program for students who want to be part of the school activities especially if your child is musically inclined (like choir, band, orchestra) and already has outstanding academics. We have a child that current attends Lincoln Park and enjoys the school so far. The teacher...

We have had a great experience at Lincoln Park. Our son is a sophomore in the IB program. The teachers are passionate about teaching and get to know their students. The curriculum is tremendous - integrated and comprehensive. The IB program is like a small school within a larger school, with all the...
