Lindale overall is a decent school, has its ups and downs though. The lunches could be much, much better. The main program I'm involved in is welding. The shop look isn't pretty but our equipment is mostly new. We have everything we need and can weld away as much as we like. The teachers are pretty good, some better than others but that's normal for a school. Our band is definitely good, we have won state many times but can't say the same for anything else. A lot of funding goes to football which is annoying because we don't actually win a lot or go far. We could use some changes but it's overall good.

The staff were great at making sure that students were caught up with the work that they missed because they were sick, or if that had a competition to go to.

At Lindale we have a very strict dress code. I mean very strict. We can't even wear leggings. One thing I love about LHS is my best friends Dakota and Ben. They have always been there for me. They are the best people in this world. I will love them always.

This school is absolutely ridiculous in how they hand out “write ups” and give OCS. I get the whole hold kids accountable for things, but some of the write ups are absolutely ridiculous. Only a handful of students actually care about the well-being of their students. The special ed students are treated like dogs when they’re having a breakdown. Racism and homophobia is rampant in this school. Drills are not practiced, nor are safety procedures even announced by the admiration staff...
