J.H.S 67 has a very good magnet program that allows students to be two years ahead of the curriculum. However there aren't as many school trips and events.

When I went to this middle school, I loved every day. All the teachers encouraged the students to push ourselves to achieve a new level. I, for one, was part of their amazing Science Olympiad Team. Every day we would meet after school and study by ourselves, learn how to cooperate with others to build towers, helicopters, and Rube Goldberg Machine. If a student wanted to get involved in school, he or she definitely has many different chances of doing so. I truly loved this school.

The school has gone downhill in terms of safety since our older daughter graduated. My younger child was harassed, stalked and threatened by another student and nothing was done. A certain science teacher singled my child out for helping a classmate in need, the 8th grade AP wanted to file an oors,...

If I could give it a 4 and a half stars, I would. The teachers are alright and don't give too much homework. Although when I was in sixth grade I did get made fun of by immature seventh graders who thought they were so big. Overall, if you could tolerate mild bullying, you'll do fine in this school.

M.S.67Q was a great school when I went there my first year I had a lousy home room teacher she nosy pushy and cheap when it came to parties she had lousy common sense other than that I had a better home room teacher after that year overall I learned well in that school
