GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My overall experience with my high school is okay. My school needs more diversity a lot of the students are just so connected with certain people that they click with one another and leave all the other students out of any school event like assembly's, senior class activity, or any school events. Our teachers are hard workers but we have certain teachers who are very stubborn and harsh about school work.

Mark Morris is a great high school. Overall, Mark Morris has a very active student body that participates in many events. Our events are panned by our leadership class, which I am happy to be apart of. Our leadership class makes sure everything that need to be completed is thoughtfully done. We strive to make our school welcoming to all, and inviting to anybody who attends. Mark Morris is very welcoming and is a great place to make connections.

Mark Morris is a place where kids can explore many academic avenues. Longview School District does need to work on bettering facilities.

Two of my children attended MMHS. Both had positive experiences. Highly qualified and motivated staff. Overall strong sports and music programs. Class work is rigorous.Stats are skewed on this page because many students opt to do Running Start next door at the community college. This makes it tough...

My daughter attends Mark Morris and has had many opportunities to grow. Most uniquely, they offer AP class as well as the ability to conveniently take classes at the local community college next door. Most advanced students choose the latter, which is what skews stats on this page. This is a great s...
