The school over all is good. Improvement could be paying more attention to students, trying to get them to engage more instead of just letting them leave class whenever. And the food could improve.

LI has a devoted faculty that work very hard to support students. They don't force anyone to fit into any mold: kids are encouraged to find their own voices and find success on their own terms. There are plenty of clubs and sports teams, and a welcoming community vibe.
