This school is so horrible I can’t wait to get my children out of this sorry school. The principal’s are terrible , Miss Freeman, needs to be reported to the board of education. Because I do not trust her with my children at all.

We've had children at Horizon for the past 10 years. We have absolutely loved the teachers and staff there. My children and our family have felt loved and supported. The principal, Dr. Freeman, has been fantastic and we've enjoyed the many clubs and extracurriculars for the kids! I've subbed in many...

The principal ("Doctor" Demetria Freeman) at Horizon Elementary is horrible. She should not be allowed around children let alone in charge of them. She has all these degrees bachelor's & masters dealing with education but has NO idea how to talk to children. She is rude, mean, hateful, & disrespectf...

Excellent school, unfortunately we moved to other state and now we can see the difference, Madison City has the best school system.
