Overall, my experience and time at Madison Southern has taught me a lot. I feel that when I graduate I will miss it a lot, however, I know it is time to move on and begin my life. I have come to adore the atmosphere in this school and the close nature and relationships that students grow with teachers. We are pushed to learn, grow, and help our peers. I feel we are given an incredibly good platform to be able to succeed and many students will graduate from this school to go on and lead fulfilling lives.

Madison Southern has somewhat lacking communication with the faculty and students, which can often cause confusion and irritation. Alas, Southern is very good at responding to threats and violence. Fights and school threats are handled carefully, secretively, and quickly. I'd like to see more class opportunities and better communication between school and students.

I do love my school, however we don't have as many opportunities as other schools in our district. If we do, our councilors do not share them with the student body as much as they should.

Madison Southern is a unique school, many students prefer Madison Southern over its brother to the north. Madison Southern is a very welcoming school to all students, however, younger staff is a little too lenient on punishments for students. But once they are in the principal's office, the new prin...
