let's get straight to the point. mahopac middle school is absolute garbage. MOST of the administration is absolute crap and they act like they care but they really don't. if you aren't a white cis male there then you literally are getting bullied. you have to be the same as everyone else or you're getting bullied. you like men? bullied. you like girls? bullied. you dress differently? bullied. you're a different race/ethnicity? bullied. it doesn't matter how hard you try, it doesn't matter how well you do they will not support you but only make you work harder. if you do one thing a little bit out of their guidelines they'll make sure you won't do that again. the school is so humbling in the worst way possible and as someone who went there while in the most darkest time of my life didn't help at all. when you ask for help they think it's an excuse or "you'll get over it". and the environment itself is so bad. unless you want another reason to hate yourself please don't go here.

I graduated their last year and especially 8th grade I felt like I was getting so much help from all the teachers and felt like I was learning alot.

I attend this school in 2003, some of the teachers were very excited about teaching, while others it felt as a tedious job for them to have.
