GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

1. Better breakfast and lunch 2. School Counselors helping with seniors heading to college 3. School counselors presenting information about trades, work 4. School counselors placing students in classes more indicative to student desires - not just classes are full 5. Preparing parents for what comes next - when SAT is taken, EOC classes, anything related to graduation and what each certificate means. 6. Instead of focusing on how long a sideburn or dark shades of a moustache, admin should focus on student health and safety. 7. The school is very focused on Football. I get it. Football in Texas, but yet the reason one is in school is to LEARN - NO?

I like the fact that I was able to take college classes. When I graduated, I ended up with 40 hours of dual credit. I would change the fact that we were allowed to do a lot of things with school spirit.

I feel very safe when inside the school or at school related functions. The community is very safe, so the school's measures of safety correlates with the town and surrounding areas.
