I love the education opportunities with the large amounts of APs and engaging qualified teachers. I like how they are hiring newer teachers, but that also has its growing pains. Northeastern has many fun events and clubs, but there is being changes to those events which I find make the event less fun and student focused. I think the school should also be more proactive with bullying, harassment claims, and discipline.

My best experiences in northeastern are the clubs and after school activities that are offered because it allows all of us to bond and really get to know each other. My least favorite experience is the administration. I feel like they don't do their job correctly or to the best of their ability. I would like to see change in how the administration team treats the kids. when vaping was heavy they're was one point where they had "locked" kids in the bathroom because they didn't have enough people to search the bathrooms yet.

Northeastern Senior High-school like all schools it has its up's and downs. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful teachers that have taught me through my four years. The classes that I have took throughout my four years were somewhat challenging but it has nothing but allowed me to learn something new. I think the worst part of my experience is worrying about my safety and others. The worst part is far out of control with admin but the students can make it real hard to be there. Something that I wished to see improvements on is students being involved and informed with the student board. Or allowing us students and parents to be involved in the decision making.

Both of my kids had very good experiences at NHS. They both thrived in the music program and created strong friendships in band, orchestra, pit orchestra, marching band, jazz band and more. My oldest struggled with ADHD and the school tried to work with us to ensure they would graduate. My youngest...

Moved here in 2021 from Maryland and never would have thought my kids would be on track as they are now. My oldest graduated May 2024 and these group of educators got him all the way on track. Great High School with straight forward policies. Transportation came every morning so unless you live in t...

The teachers are very nice and supportive (they'll do so much to help you pass!!) and there is a wide range of classes to take to fit pretty much any students needs.

Three generations of our family have graduated from this highschool. It has a very small town feel with a big focus on extracurricular activities like sports, music, theater and the arts. Parental involvement is encouraged and there are lots of requests for volunteers (clearances are mandatory) Ther...
