The best part of the school is the school community. There are multiple ways for each student to participate in a school events from clubs to assemblies. The more worse parts of the school is the social hierarchy held here where the "popular" kids don't get along with the "less popular" kids. I would like to see the school being more in contact with students and their own journey throughout high school and the college application process.

Small classes with lots of opportunities to take AP and college classes. Dedicated teachers and administration, career and college counselor with two additional counselors. Facilities need an upgrade.

I loved the inclusion. It does not matter who you are or where your from or what your into. There is something for everyone at Manitou. It is a tightly knit community and everyone is helpful.

My student is an 11th grader at Manitou High School. He choiced into the district in the 9th grade. Overall, we have been fairly happy, because it is a smaller school, and you get all the pros and cons that come with that small-town feel. Class selection is very limited and has reduced significantly...

Very impressed with this school! For a small school, the advanced course offerings are impressive...many AP and honors courses in every subject. The new leadership is professional, energized, and works hard to make all students feel welcome and safe. Also, it's clear that parent communication has be...

Both of my kids went through Manitou Schools K-12. My youngest is a recent graduate. We are not Manitou residents and have choiced our kids into the district. Both of our kids left Manitou with the skills and knowledge to be successful. Our oldest struggled in school but always had lots of support a...
