The school is very good in my opinion. Although i don't think i have a valid with this being the only other high school i have attended. However if i had the option to go to any other high school. i still attend this high school not because of the Food, facilities , opportunity but because of the people.

I spent 4 years at Maricopa High School and overall it was a pretty good experience. I join clubs and made some friends!

The teachers are welcoming, and make the classroom feel safe. The smallness of the school creates for a close community. The events hosted by the school are fun. There is a wide variety of electives, this makes choosing classes fun and exciting.

It seems that in recent years, nearly all the public schools in Maricopa have made great strides. This starts at the district level with the superintendents. I only went to MHS as a freshman, but I would still like to share my experience. This school is a tough school. There are fights at this school pretty much every day. Many of the rules aren't enforced, so it's really easy to get away with breaking the rules. There are a lot of students that will say...

High School is what you make it! Too many kids blame their failures on someone else. I understand that it would be hard to get the number of teachers they need to drive all the way out here, so it would be hard to get the best teachers. But the teachers at this school really care!
