GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My school is pretty bad. We had cockroaches and they said we didn't have an infestation when roaches don't come out during the day and they were. I don't feel prepared to do any math. The math teachers are lacking. Elementary was great, but high school, not so much. Some of the teachers don't like to put grades in when they should, or don't even do things the way most teachers would. I don't feel prepared for college. At least not regular college. I'm going to go to a technical college, and most of my field of study will be with math. Science, music, art, and library are the best classes.

I wish East Forest had a better sports program. They co-op with other schools which is a challenge for those in the district.

This school is small. The teachers are amazing and the students get one on one time that is incredibly beneficial. They don't have alot of their own sports but have worked hard to get into sports with other schools. Diversity is low only due to the lack of students and it being a small area. College readiness is way higher than this site gives credit for, one specific teacher pumps that up all on his own in my opinion due to his open forum and paper grading.
