With approximately 1,000 students from pre-K through 12th grade, the private school offers 27 Advanced Placement courses and has a high college-acceptance rate. The school has three international exchange programs, five campus art studios, and twelve science and robotics labs. With a total of fifty teams focused on sportsmanship and excellence, the Walker Wolverines compete in sixteen different sports and have won more than a hundred region and state championships. The Walker School's arts program has theater, dance, vocal arts and visual arts offerings.

The Walker School has a great learning environment with a very diverse community. Every student comes out of Walker ready for college having experienced everything they need and more in high school. Although sports are not the most dominant in the region, it is still very enjoyable to be part of extra-curricular activities at The Walker School.

I feel like Walker has academically prepared me for college. All the teachers are so amazing and care about their jobs and their students. I am also very appreciative of our college counselors. They are so amazing and they guarantee that you are prepared for your next step in life after graduation. The facility is also very clean and kept up.

Depends on your type of kid. My older daughters were very self sufficient and never questioned authority. My son was successful in 2,3 and 5th grades. 4th was awful. Walker failed to recommend my son for other schools. There staff is fleeing. Significant amount of antisemitism they they hide.

They do NOT support students with learning disabilities! My PreK child was expelled in the middle of the school year. The Head of School told me they are not legally required to have resources for learning disabilities. Despite my family paying alot in tuition, my child was denied an education b/c o...
