I think the students and staff feel very safe here. The staff is very conscious of any bullying that may ever take place and is sure to address it immediately. This does not seem to be a big issue here though. It is a very welcoming place. They do have an open door policy. Anyone can walk in the front door. And there is no PA system

I don't know why Marlboro Elementary K-8 does not have a rating. It is a 5-star school and is the main reason people want to live in Marlboro. Marlboro is a very active and supportive community. We all love the school and its curriculuum is exceptional and excellent.
