We have two children here and the teachers and staff are amazing. My kids thrive in this school system and if you are a parent be involved and attend school committee meetings and have your voice heard.

Went there in 94-97 and felt like this school excelled on all levels. Great teachers, great academics, character building, even teaches other important things not taught in most schools like getting a long and conflict resolution. Also pretty good extra curricular activities.

Old Hammondtown is a great school, with a great principal, Matt D'Andrea, and a wonderful teaching staff.
