My son was at another school and they didn't understand what Autisum was so I was getting 10 behavioral slips a week. Constantly calling me to come get him everyday. I couldn't do it! They also wouldn't watch my son outside the classroom ( he almost got hit by a car) so I switched him to Mattawan and boy am I glad I did!!!!!!!! Mattawan understands autistic kids and understands each kid is different. They work with him and I just love the teachers and staff. All so nice and caring!! My son is always with an adult. My son enjoys school and can't wait to go back the next day. It proves to me that they treat him well and I'm always getting updates on him. Puts my mind at ease. Thank you Mattawan Early Elementary! A+ in my book
