The teachers genuinely care for each student. My two boys (sophomore & junior) have been going here since kindergarten. Elyria is like a family, we laugh together, we cry together.

Elyria is overall an excellent school. The School is not very big (the high school has about 70 students) and there are plenty of staff for how many students there are. Every single teacher is more than qualified for there position. One thing that would be nice is if the school could afford better equipment for their activities.

Overall it was such an incredible experience. I am thankful for the opportunity I had to graduate from there. The only thing that could be changed is encouraging high school students to start taking college classes.

My wife and I have five grandchildren that are currently attending Elyria. We are delighted with the classroom sizes, the positive family atmosphere, the Christian teaching and just the well balanced kids they are growing up to be. Wish our children could have gone there.

We have four kids involved at ECS and this is our 5th year here. Our experience has been full of growth, stronger academics, grace between us and the school and a genuine love for Christ from all the teachers and admin.
