Melissa ISD, as a whole, consists of a dedicated team that always tries to better you as a person, not just through your grades, but also through your core values and what makes you up as a Cardinal. They are so dedicated to the success of each and every one of their students and work just as hard as then everyday

Melissa high school is a 5A school just north of Dallas, and has found a large variety of success in many areas such as, a very successful football team, state qualifying theatrics and band, along with many personal achievements such as a member of the softball team holding the national record for most home runs in a season while in high school, which currently sits at 106.

The school has a wonderful balance of academic rigor, strong values, and a supportive community that feels more like a family than an institution. Teachers go above and beyond to ensure that every student not only succeeds academically but also grows as a person.

Very good school with great teachers, good and safe location, the students with good parents, teachers teaching very good

It's a really fun school. GPA is graded on core classes only. Most teachers are nice and laid-back. The CTE program is also fun. They offer game design, cybersecurity, computer science, PC maintenance, networking, and more classes. Far better than any Californian highschool.
