Founded in 1988, Faith Christian School is a tuition-based, private institution located in the Central Mesa East neighborhood. Serving students in prekindergarten through 12th grade, Faith Christian is a nondenominational school that serves the East Valley and beyond. It draws students from Mesa, as well as Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
At Faith Christian School, all teaching methods and approaches are rooted in faith-based instruction and scripture study. The schedule includes Bible classes and weekly chapel services. The school allows parents who homeschool their children to take advantage of its faith-based programming, and has special programs for students with different learning styles and abilities. Field trips and special events like the annual spelling bee, art festival and science fair expand students’ skills and creativity.
Faith Christian School also offers a wide array of programs including athletics and fine arts. The goal of these programs is to give students a way to realize and participate in their natural talents and to be involved with their community of peers. The mission of Faith Christian School is to challenge students to become individuals guided by faith and service, while also helping them to reach their highest academic potential.

We have been at FCS for many years. Through all the ups and downs of the school and the world, FCS has maintained its integrity and love for the Lord and the students. We know there is no perfect school, but we can always trust the heart behind the leadership at FCS. Their aim is always to glorify Jesus with their love for people and with excellent academics that support the Christian worldview.
