Mesa Christian Academy is a small private school in the Central Mesa East neighborhood. The school serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade. During the first five years of operation, the school was housed in local church facilities before getting its own space in 2015.
The school uses the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum, a faith-based educational system that ensures every student's needs are met by individualizing coursework based on the student's academic level. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves early in their academic careers. As a result, many of the upperclassmen take advantage of dual enrollment course offerings through Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Access to these college-level courses prepares students for higher education and enables some to graduate early.
In addition to academics, Mesa Christian Academy offers weekly “Monday Funday” classes, such as sign language, art and physical education. Chapel takes place every Wednesday and attracts guest and youth pastors from local churches. Field trips and service events are also part of the school’s busy calendar.

Mesa Christian Academy is a good school overall. They will accept students from all backgrounds and their tuition and fees and lower than the average private schools in the area. The staff are hardworking, CPR-certified, and good at what they do, although sometimes they can be too strict and hard on the students.
