During my time at the School for Advanced Studies, I felt that the teachers and counselor prepared us for college-level classes. However, there are a lot of things in regard to college that they don't tell us until it has occurred. For example, I found out this year as a senior that the University of Florida was only accepting AA degree students as transfers and not as freshmen.

School for Advanced Studies is not deemed as one of the top schools on the nation for nothing, it truly forms a pathway to future life, The resources offered to students far exceed any previous guidance and staff members make sure to form connections to elevate the learning experience.

Although it is the one of the most rigorous programs, being a top collegiate high school in the state of Florida and the nation, it definitely prepares for real life, with a familial atmosphere, helping students develop socially, mentally, and as a scholar.
