Mililani middle is generally a very safe school and one of the nicer schools on the island of Oahu. All classrooms and hallways are air conditioned, something you don't see often in Hawaii. The school participated in online grading so I am always able to see how my child is doing.

It is the second year in this school for my kid, and we can't wait until the middle school years are over. There is very little (if any) communication between teachers and parents and almost no way to actually get in touch with a teacher if you have questions or concerns. Collective punishment still...
