I enjoyed the environment that the school created, especially at the football games. Many of my teachers did a good job explaining the concepts of the class and making it interesting for learning. However, I had a few teacher that were not capable or qualified to teach the subject that we were supposed to be learning. I thought the range of classes was good, and there were many options available depending on the course of actions you decided was best for you.

I had a lot of okay experiences at Millard West. It wasn't anything special honestly. Though I will say, there was a lack of diversity, so I would like to see a more diverse student body.

had an absolutely horrible time here. was not getting the support i needed. student body is made up of some of the rudest, most bigoted kids ive ever met. got anxiety attacks so bad i had to stop showing up.

Please do not go here. If you are in any way different from anyone you will get bullied badly. The school lets it happen and doesn't take account of the student's behavior and only lets them off with "a warning" which never works and they continue to do it. My experience at Millard West has been awful. I have been bullied since august. I'm only a freshman as well. I have to contact the principal once or more a week about a kid/kids who bully me. Millard West is a great school! It offers the students a ton of unique and challenging courses! I know my daughter will be prepared well for college!
