I would like to see change in the number of students specifically i would like for the number of students to increase because the school is pretty small

Overall the environment of Faith Academy was one I enjoyed as a student. I wish that the ceiling of education was higher. As an honor student, I ran out of classes rather quickly so by the time I was a senior, all I had to take were "extra" classes that did not push my learning.

I feel the security is okay but I would like to see if expand. Maybe more cameras, secure the back entrance to the school.

Given the level of services, I would not pay to send my child to Faith. The teachers are underqualified compared to Saraland, Satsuma, and Baldwin County teachers (probably because they barely pay a livable wage). My grandson attended this school. They allowed him to show up for awards day and he was the only child who did not receive an award He sat their while all the other students received an award. He cried because he said he was not smart enough but when I investigated, they said he did not receive one...

The lower school bathrooms are too few & at a distance that disrupts education. Founder director is punitive in approach. Great tension between Sunday School & K class using same rooms. Director management style is disrespectful, micromanagement, poor communicator & yelling @ employees.
