GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The people are okay. The teachers hate their jobs. The school is clean sometimes. The education is alright. But we have immense school spirit nonetheless and we have fun around campus.

While going too this school was a good experience for me, others have had a bad time here. Many issues went ignored and just swept under the rug.

During my experience at Berkeley High School, I have made so many new friends through the band program and academics. I remember that I would not want to go to school but end up being happy that I was there for the sole reason that my friends are there to make it better. My band directors would always be there to encourage me and make sure that I am doing my best in my classes. But the bad thing about Berkeley is that the students don't take care of the campus. And they leaving their lunch trays for anyone else to clean up. But that is one of the few bad things about Berkeley High School.

Only 1 student allowed to win! How devastating for all. Question, who...

Aside from a few really standout teachers, this place was a terrible environment for students. Frankly from the day they show up, it's an absolute free for all in terms of trying to learn anything. The students are crazy, the teachers are overall inattentive, and the only positives the school has ar...

The school isn't bad, it's the students but then again we can't do anything about that. We can't change people on who they are and why they do disrespectful things. I love Berkeley but sometimes I wish the staff could do more than they do now.
