Monrovia High School is where you send your kid for an average high school experience. It is a very boring school and does not create much excitement to attend. The teachers are decent, but some do not care about their job. It also seems like between security things are a hot mess and need to be sorted out and put strict rules in place. I would love if there were a change to how the rules worked and if they didn't randomly come up with them.

There were many people from many backgrounds at this school, which was one of the best things about my experience there. Unfortunately, there were drawbacks as well. I found it frustrating that it took so long to convert my Mexican transcripts into American grades; in the end, it nearly stopped me from graduating.

Put 3 kids through MHS, all had a wonderful experience and went on to college. The new renovations make this school one of the most beautiful in the county;now rivals San Marino, and the football team gets more recognition every year.
