Montague Elementary allowed my students to transfer in from another local district three years ago after we had issues with bullying and low academic expectations. Good and improving. It seems there is always room for improvement anywhere you go, however there seems to be an uphill swing should the new principal keeps with the job! I am referring to the 2018/2019/ 2020 school year.

Poor the second grade teacher for the 17/18 school year did nothing but let kids play with Legos and fall behind. He is no longer employed there but the school has not stepped up to remedy the deficit

I love teaching at MES! The staff works together as a team and supports each other. There is unity school wide so that when students progress through the grades they will find continuity. The teachers work really hard to design creative lessons and we are always doing ongoing professional developmen...
